The vacuum shelf dryer is the most commonly used static chamber dryer under vacuum conditions. In the drying chamber, a tray with wet material is placed on a drying rack.
During the drying process, heat media such as steam, hot water, or hot oil are connected to the drying rack to transfer heat to the wet material. Under vacuum, the boiling point of water is much lower. Therefore, moisture can be evaporated at low temperatures. The vacuum pump continuously sucks out the evaporated water to speed up the drying process. Equipped with vacuum pump, tube condenser and buffer tank to recover evaporated water.
1) Flexibility of heat medium: The heat medium can be steam, hot water or hot oil, and different temperatures can be obtained according to special drying requirements.
2) Even drying: There are four air holes, so that the evaporated water is immediately sucked out.
3) Energy saving: Under vacuum, the boiling point of water is lower. Low drying temperature and fast evaporation speed.
4) GMP standard: All welding in the dry room, no dead angle, in line with GMP standard.
