In high-speed drying, after spraying the liquid material, the surface area of the material will be greatly increased. In the hot air stream, 95%-98% of the water can evaporate instantly. It only takes a few seconds to complete drying.
The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity, and good quality. The production procedure is simple, and the operation and control are easy. Liquid with a moisture content of 40-60% (for special materials, the content may reach 90%). It can be dried into powder or granular products at one time.
After drying, there is no need for crushing and sorting, thereby reducing the operating procedures in production and improving the purity of the product. By changing the operating conditions within a certain range, the particle size, porosity and water content of the product can be adjusted. It is very convenient to control and manage.
