Function description
3.2.1 SED-1L Full-automatic Suppository Production Line is suitable for the production of special shape such as bullet head, torpedo shape and duck bill, to meet the production of your suppository. (according to the specifications of your specifications)
3.2.2 The machine runs smoothly, has correct temperature control, simple operation and convenient adjustment, and adopts PLC control system and man-machine interface operation.
3.2.3 The equipment uses temperature sensor and microcomputer control system to achieve high-precision constant temperature control.
3.2.4 The liquid storage tank of the machine has the function of heat preservation and heating, proper volume, and accurate temperature control; and the liquid storage tank is equipped with a mixing device to ensure the homogeneity of the liquid. In order to meet the filling requirements, the storage tank can be connected with the pipeline and the filling mechanism to keep the liquid circulating and ensure the fluidity of the liquid.
