Notes: The evaporated amount of moisture is contingent upon the characteristics of the raw material, solid content and temperature of hot air at inlet and outlet. Customers can choose the heating method according to the conditions of the local energy source.
High speed drying. After being atomized by the atomizer, the surface area of the raw material liquid is increased a lot, and the moisture instantly evaporates 95%-98% of the moisture in the high-temperature airflow, which only takes a few seconds.
Single-position spray drying is used to make droplets and hot air flow in the same position. Although the air temperature is very high, once it enters the drying box, the hot air will come into contact with the droplets.
Therefore, the temperature is immediately reduced to prevent the material from overheating. This machine is also suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Since the drying process is instantaneous, the spherical product made has good fluidity and good solubility. The machine is simple to produce and has an easy-to-operate control system.
It is used to dry materials with a moisture content of 50-80%. Even some special materials with a moisture content of 90% can be instantly dried into powder. Most materials do not need to be crushed or sieved again after drying. All contact parts are made of SS304. In order to facilitate inspection and operation, all controllers and lights are installed in one controller.
