Grouping to select straight in and out of the bottle expands the filling function and effectively fills containers of various shapes.
The world's advanced inflation valve is used to ensure that the filling process does not drop or drip. Powerful PLC software support can realize the ideal filling operation. Friendly man-machine interface, all operations are completed on the color touch screen. Use fixed gate parameters to control the filling time to achieve filling of different measured values.
The filling accuracy time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 second, which can control the measurement accuracy within ±1% to reduce unnecessary material loss and improve economic benefits. The size of each filling head can be adjusted individually to achieve the same filling size.
The machine is equipped with such a function: it has a bottle counting program, because there is no bottle or the counting does not reach the predetermined position and there is no filling, only when the counter records that the bottle number is the same as the bottle number, the filling can be started to set the filling number. More or less filling volume can be adjusted to the required filling volume first, and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling volume measurement accuracy.
