It is a good method to ensure the bio-stable sterilization of bottled beverages during the production process. It is necessary to control the sterilization time and temperature to ensure the effect, and to avoid excessive sterilization time or excessive temperature, and reduce beverage oxidation. When sterilizing, it should be cooled as soon as possible so that the temperature does not exceed 35 °C. Low-temperature filling is a relatively low requirement for beverage filling. Under normal circumstances, beverages are not easy to be foamed in a low-temperature environment, which is beneficial for filling.
Keep the liquid filling machine clean. All pipes, especially those that are in direct or direct contact with the materials, should be kept clean. Wash them every week. Take water every day and sterilize every time. Make sure the filling machine is clean.
