The principle of action is based on: putting the raw materials into a fluidized bed. The cold air is sucked into the fluidized bed through the pre-filter, passes through the heating chamber behind the host, and is heated to the required temperature by the heater. The material is periodically fluidized in the fluidized bed. The evaporated water is sucked away by the fan.
The advantage of FL fluidized bed dryer technology is to maintain the uniformity and repeatability of product quality, which reflects the ideal balance between production efficiency and product quality. During the fluidization process, the material floats above the air, and its surface is in full contact with the heated air, so the material is evenly eaten and reaches the ideal heat exchange state, which has high efficiency. Through proper spraying system configuration and further structural improvements, the fluidized bed will become a multifunctional processing facility with functions of drying, granulating, solution coating and powder dressing. The final product is usually instant solute particles.
